Key extradition
There is a key box at the address - an SMS / email with a code will be sent a few days before arrival.
Rent
Please refer to the price list or inquire by mail
Maximum number of people
The house is designed for a maximum of 6 people.
Must be adhered to for hot water installation and sewer system.
No rental for youth groups where everyone is 15-30 years old.
Bring your own
Bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Note dishwashing tablets are incl. in the rental price
Stop cleaning
End cleaning is included in the price.
However, the tenant must, at the end of the lease, before departure, vacuum all floors, empty trash and wash up
(start dishwasher)
In case of defective vacuuming / washing, this will be at the tenant's expense.
Note: Should cleaning agents be needed during the rental period, these are located in the closet in the room to the west and are for free use.
Prohibition:
Pets not allowed
Smoking not allowed.
In case of violation of a ban, a fee of at least DKK 3,000 is charged
Lease

Arrival / departure times
Arrival:
Saturdays from 15:00 p.m.
Departure:
Saturdays no later than 10:00 p.m.
