The holiday home is 81 m² and was built in 1988.
In 2019-2020, the holiday home underwent a total renovation, with new roof construction with green roof, new windows / doors, new floors, new HTH kitchen and complete new furniture.
The holiday home is equipped with an energy-saving Bosch heat pump / air conditioning.

There are many old trees on the grounds and a lot of new pine trees have been planted.
There are several good climbing trees and swings etc.
There is plenty of room for children and childlike souls to play here.
There is also a cozy campfire.

INSIDE THE HOLIDAY HOUSE
LIVING ROOM:
Cozy living room with wood burning stove. The living room appears bright and inviting, due to the large bay window and equipped with nice comfortable furniture.
TV with international channels. In addition, the TV is fitted with Google Chromecast and Airplay.
From the living room there is access to the beautiful covered terrace where the outdoor life can be enjoyed from early to late. Lots of room for cozy barbecue evenings where you can enjoy the silence of the area.
KITCHEN / allrum
Well equipped open kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / small freezer. There are 4 ceramic hobs, hot air oven and dishwasher.

There are 3 rooms, each with a 140 cm box mattress
- sleeps 6 in total
BATHROOM
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Bathroom has hot water exchanger.

SURROUNDINGS
The holiday home is 700 meters away - probably one of Denmark's best and family-friendly beach with low and calm water, white sand and sand dunes.
There are traffic jams established through the dune and all the way down to the water and the fine bathing bridge.
From the holiday home 400 meters to the nearest shopping (in the summer season)
At the grocery store a beautiful public playground has been constructed.
